Bob Evans logo“I’m writing this letter to thank you for introducing this Magical product. Here at Bob Evans Farms, Maintenance Department, we have found that this product not only holds up under extreme clean-up conditions, it has many other uses as well. We use it on stainless roller chain and it doesn’t turn black. We’ve found that by lubricating our plastic conveyors with LiQuifix, that it stops the jerking and binding, for a smooth run around all the curves. We also use a small amount on our speed potentiometers. I guess the bottom line is that if we can make our operator’s happy, we are happy. Because of this product, which we call ‘Magic Juice,’ it just makes our jobs a little easier. Thanks from the Maintenance Department!”

Ford logo“In Central Maintenance, our millwrights have starting using LiQuifix in numerous applications on the plant’s dock locks, levelers and doors. They used to use Penelube, WD-40 and Graphite to keep the hinges, slides and tracks easy moving, but always had a problem with them sludging up and/or collecting dirt or just washing away out in the elements. LiQuifix has solved their problems. LiQuifix holds up better out in the elements and doesn’t sludge up. The millwrights have found that the lubricant is still evident at each Preventative Maintenance interval, which wasn’t the case with Penelube, WD-40 and graphite.”

“LiQuifix was introduced to Wayne Assembly in the first quarter of 2006. Our skilled trades were very skeptical of the water-displacing claims of the product. Our initial application for the lubricant was on the chains in the pre-delivery area of final assembly. The conveyor delivery system in pre-delivery has historically been a high maintenance area. The area includes conveyors in a car wash. The rest of the conveyors get a lot of residual water dripping from the cars after the car wash. LiQuifix has made a big difference. After using LiQuifix for six months, we have actually reduced our Preventative Maintenance schedule for lubrication on the pre-delivery conveyors. We are now starting to use LiQuifix on NKC drop-lifters. LiQuifix has been a success story for Wayne Assembly.”

“Yesterday we used your product to lubricate a drive chain that opens and closes a vehicle gate at our plant. I was concerned that LiQuifix might freeze, since the outside temperature was below 0°F. LiQuifix did not freeze and worked well in a very low temperature.”

Meijer logo“I am a fleet supervisor for Meijer Logistics, a division of Meijer stores. We have about 130 tractors, 23 yard-switcher tractors and 1,600 trailers, 300 of which are reefers. Our Fleet runs about 15 million miles a year. We started using LiQuifix about six months ago and it works great on everything from our toolbox drawers, rusty nuts and bolts, stiff working jackknives, tractor doors hinges and latches and most important, trailer doors. All of our trailers have roll up doors with the reefer doors subject to a lot of moisture. The reefer trailers are also carrying a lot of open produce, making food-grade LiQuifix doubly important. The lube quality of LiQuifix is excellent and since it is food grade, a bottle goes in everyone’s toolbox. Our property service department has started using it in the warehouses on their conveyor systems and other product handling equipment with very good results. Here, the food grade is also of utmost importance. THANK YOU LIQUIFIX.”

Penske logo“We have been using LiQuifix for about one month and our technicians are very happy with the results. It works very well on the rear door tracks and side door hinges. Our techs like the fact that there is no foul smell and it is very easy cleanup. We are very happy with the product!!!!”

USPS logo“The automotive technicians in this office used LiQuifix and it seemed to work well. But it was more during the first winter that it made an unexpected change in the way that we operated. For the first time in years we had less frozen vehicle locks. LiQuifix was the difference, protecting the lock cylinders in addition to lubricating them. In another application, we tried LiQuifix as a graffiti remover on our vehicles. We were surprised how little effort it required to remove all types of graffiti, without damaging the paint on the vehicles. Since June 2008, we only have accolades for LiQuifix.”

City of Newark logo“The City of Newark has found LiQuifix to be very effective in keeping the equipment in the Division of Traffic and Signals working smoothly. As a penetrant to loosen fasteners on signs and traffic signal equipment that need to be taken down, or as a lubricant and rust preventative on new signs and traffic signal equipment, LiQuifix’s non-toxic formula has proven to be both effective and safe for the City employees who use it. LiQuifix emits no harmful VOCs into the air and is odorless and non-staining, a great health benefit to the Newark employees who use it every day, as well as healthy for the environment. Having been introduced to this new product, we are looking for new ways to use LiQuifix.”

W. C. Beardslee logo“LiQuifix has been the best product we have found to date. We use it to install rubber impellers on seawater pumps. We spray the impeller and it just pushes in. We also use it on rubber and vinyl hose that are hard to put on a fitting – we spray it on and, man, does it help on the install. Just yesterday we used LiQuifix on a set of aluminum sliding doors that were next to impossible to open or close without using both hands. We just sprayed and worked the doors back and forth and now they slide with ease. These are just a few of our uses.”

Rochester Community Schools logo“The Rochester Community School district in Michigan has a comprehensive Eco-Green program committed to establishing environmental awareness among employees, faculty and students. As Custodial Manager for the district, I want to ensure that my staff or students are not exposed to potential health hazards from the products we use. We were recently introduced to LiQuifix, a Green-certified multi-purpose lubricant. We put LiQuifix to work and I am pleased to report that LiQuifix is one “Green” product that measures up to its claims. From snow blower chutes, frozen nuts and bolts to hinges and sliding door tracks, LiQuifix outlasted previous products. Best of all, it is clean and does not have a pungent odor. As a H-1 USDA/FDA-approved product, it is safe for use on any equipment in the cafeteria or kitchen. My staff is very aware that when spraying a product, they are susceptible to ingesting hazardous vapors. LiQuifix has resolved this issue and we also know it can be safely used on any material – plastic and rubber included. Thank you.”

Southern Tire Mart logo“Every week, we work on hundreds of aluminum wheels suck to steel hubs. LiQuifix quickly penetrates the oxidized metal and frees the wheels. This saves time in the shop and on road calls. LiQuifix makes changing aluminum wheels easy. We also found it to be outstanding for cleaning aluminum wheels. Dirty rims look brand new after being wiped down with LiQuifix. It works so well, we have LiQuifix available for truck drivers who want to clean their wheels at our shop. Thanks!”

“I’m in heating and air conditioning. I’ve used LiQuifix on squeaky motors and bearings and it works really well. It spreads better than WD-40 and it’s more lubricating. When I’m spraying it in tight places, it doesn’t go in my face or give me a head rush. That’s not fun. Especially WD-40, that stuff stinks. It spreads better than WD.”
HVAC contractor

“I am writing to tell you how pleased I am with your product. The rubber surface on the ballhead on one of my tripods had become fused to the rubber surface of the base. I was unable to get it to budge, by hand or with a wrench. I couldn’t use WD40 because it would damage the rubber on both the head and the base. Last night I sprayed LiQuifix on the tripod head and left it for about a minute. To my complete surprise, I was able to remove the head by hand, with minimal effort. It’s great to have a product that works so well and doesn’t stink — and one I don’t have to worry that it will damage materials like plastic and rubber.”

“I’m in the garbage business and I use it on the tracks on the truck where the blade slides up and down to pack the garbage. Also on the garage doors and screen doors and windows in our facility. Works really well.”

“I’m a copier technician. Copiers are very mechanical so there’s a lot of squeaks and stuff that go on in these machines. What I found very useful with LiQuifix is the way it sprays. It delivers a nice long stream so you can be pretty accurate. It allowed me to save a good 45 minutes on a service call. Usually you have to take everything apart so you can manually lubricate everything. With LiQuifix, I was able to get right into the area that I needed to without taking the machine apart.”
